When to register?
Listeners, Register now! download the registration form, pay the fee, fill the form and send it back to iccci_info@vip.163.com, registration accepted before September.10th.

How to get an invoice before paying
If you haven't paid the fee yet but you need the invoice to proceed to the payment, please tell us the type of participation. If you are a student, please attach the student card or other document confirming that you are a student.
如果您 在付款之前需要向财务部门提交付款通知，请将以下的信息通过邮件告知，如果您是学生请附上学生证明，我们会通过邮件将付款通知发送给您。请注意invoice付款通知并不是付款成功后的发票/收据。

The official Receipt of your payment
After the successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.
注册成功之后，我们会为您准备收据/发票。国内作者请注意，如果您是汇款到美金账户，您将收到官方合法收据，实际可报销，如果您是汇款到人民币账户，您将收到国内发票。您将在会议现场领到收据/发票和其他所有的会议资料
- If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version.
如果您需要在会前收到发票，我们可以给您电子扫描版也可以为您提前邮寄
